PSME signatory of the sectoral agreement on the development of the hydrogen economy in Poland

On October 14, a sectoral agreement for the development of the hydrogen economy was concluded. The document was signed by 138 signatories, including the Polish Association for Energy Storage. Hydrogen produced in low-emission technologies will play an important role in striving for climate neutrality, reducing the emissions of the economy and increasing the competitiveness of Polish entrepreneurs. In the course of the progressive process of building a hydrogen economy, the importance of hydrogen technologies will increase, as well as their universal application and lower costs. The hydrogen economy is a value chain related to the production, transmission, storage and use of hydrogen in all areas of human activity, in particular in the main sectors of the economy - transport, energy, heating, and above all in industry. - I am honored that the Polish Energy Storage Association could be found in such an exceptional group. We have a lot of hard work ahead of us, but I am convinced that the end result will exceed all our expectations. Energy storage is an extremely important element of the energy transformation, which may be a binder for individual sectors participating in it - said Barbara Adamska, who signed the agreement on behalf of PSME.
