The Senate of the Republic of Poland is proceeding the law on emergency measures to cap electricity prices and support certain consumers in 2023 (parliamentary forms No. 2697, 2697-A and 2698, Senate form No. 846, 846A). This is a draft act submitted by the government as an urgent matter. The Minister for Climate and Environment has been authorised to present the government’s position during parliamentary proceedings.
