WB Energy Group

WB Energy sp. z o.o. is part of WB GROUP – a Polish advanced technology ecosystem bringing together the capabilities of specialised companies in automation, data transmission, cybersecurity, monitoring, and the design of systems intended for operation in environments requiring the highest levels of reliability, resilience, and availability.

WB Energy focuses on the development, deployment, and integration of advanced solutions for the power sector. The company combines WB GROUP’s technological capabilities with engineering expertise and experience in renewable energy, energy storage, energy flow management, and the protection of critical infrastructure.

One of WB Energy’s key areas of activity is the development of its own renewable energy generation assets. These installations are designed both for companies within WB GROUP and for external customers seeking to increase their energy independence, optimise energy procurement costs, and reduce the carbon footprint of their operations.

The company’s second core business area comprises battery energy storage systems based on FlexPower technology and offered under the 4en S.A. brand. These solutions can be deployed in industrial and commercial facilities as well as in utility-scale projects connected directly to the power system. FlexPower systems support energy balancing, power management, increased self-consumption, the stabilisation of power supply parameters, and the provision of flexibility services for the energy market.

A key component of WB Energy’s technology ecosystem is FlexSys – a proprietary, fully integrable energy management system. The solution enables the monitoring, control, and optimisation of generation assets, energy storage systems, electrical loads, and other components of the power system. Its open architecture allows integration with equipment and solutions from multiple manufacturers, as well as with supervisory management systems, industrial automation, and platforms supporting participation in energy markets and ancillary services.

WB Energy’s capabilities also encompass energy cybersecurity, understood as the comprehensive protection of power infrastructure, control systems, data transmission, and IT and OT environments. The solutions developed in this area are designed to mitigate the risks of unauthorised access, operational disruption, data loss, and cyberattacks that could affect the continuity of energy supply and the secure operation of businesses and critical infrastructure.

WB Energy develops energy solutions across four mutually reinforcing areas: renewable energy generation, battery energy storage, intelligent energy resource management, and cybersecurity. By combining these capabilities, the company can deliver integrated, scalable, and technologically resilient systems that address the needs of the energy transition, the growth of distributed energy, and increasingly stringent requirements for security and reliability of supply.
