Enerland

Enerland Polska is the Polish branch of Enerland Group, an international renewable energy company founded in Spain in 2007. Solinerg

Solinerg is a construction company whose experience in the renewable energy (RES) sector dates back to 2007. Since then, it has obtained building permits for approximately 2 GW of wind and solar installations, built over 200 MW of industrial photovoltaic capacity, and acquired several new clients for service and administrative support.

In 2025, after extensive training in China and establishing its own first energy storage facilities, Solinerg also became an EPC contractor for RelyEZ – the 9th largest energy storage manufacturer in the world – while simultaneously creating a central spare parts warehouse and becoming the provider of warranty service.

Solinerg comprehensively carries out industrial installations from 1 MW, both in the field of energy storage and photovoltaics, although its first steps in the industry were taken under the name Vent Energy, developing and servicing wind turbines.

Clean Energy Operator sp. z o.o.

Clean Energy Operator sp. z o.o., based in Chorzów at ul. M. Skłodowskiej-Curie 3, is an energy company with a share capital of PLN 25 million. It is a family business with Polish capital. The company holds licenses for electricity distribution and trading and has been designated as a Distribution System Operator (DSOn). The company was established in 2022 as an energy company whose scope of activity includes:
  1. the development of power infrastructure construction projects, including distribution networks, PV and FW farms,
  2. the development of greenfield projects for electricity storage facilities, including the technical concept of connection to the grid and obtaining permits and decisions, excluding design and construction,
  3. operation of power grids, accompanying technical and IT infrastructure, as well as RES connected to this grid, including large-scale electricity storage facilities, electricity trading.
The company, which is currently in the development phase, has obtained connection conditions for the construction of distribution networks with connected energy storage facilities with a capacity of approximately 0.8 GW. The company has started the construction of a modern dispatch center equipped with hardware and software tools (SCADA, WIRE, SOWE, etc.), enabling grid operation as well as the provision of POB, OHT, RES source integrator services, and balancing of Graphic Units. SOCOMEC

SOCOMEC POLSKA Sp. z o. o. is a daughter company of the French, family owned company SOCOMEC established in 1922. Since its establishment, the company has been operating in the electrical engineering industry. The company’s headquarters is located in Alsace, in the town of Benfeld, approximately 20 km south of Strasbourg. The company operates worldwide, both in terms of sales and production facilities. Globally, it employs over three and a half thousand employees. The company’s activity is focused on four areas: power switching and monitoring equipment, power conversion (comprises UPS systems and static switches), expert services and energy storage. Socomec produces low-voltage switchgear in the range from 16 to 6300 A. Energy storage is the youngest part of Socomec’s activity. The company started working on energy storage in 2013 and have extensive experience in this field and an extensive portfolio of completed projects around the world.

Socomec specialize in the supply of energy storage systems with power from 100 kVA to 6 MVA and capacity from 186 kWh to 20 MWh. As part of the offer, the company also offers full service support for energy storage systems combined with an extended warranty of up to 10 years.

The SOCOMEC branch in Poland was established at the end of 2011, and the company’s products have been present on the Polish market for nearly thirty years.

EDORADCA

EDORADCA is among the largest consulting firms in Poland. Since 2001, it has effectively secured EU
