Much has been said about the role of women in the Polish economy, but still not enough. There is never enough inspiration, support and motivation for these young girls and women who want to develop and look for a place for themselves in domestic enterprises or administration. The topic also concerns the energy industry, which is usually considered "male". From the beginning of its activity, the Polish Energy Storage Association promotes the topic of the presence of women in the energy sector and is involved in projects that women distinguish, present and appreciate. This is also the case today.
