On February 22, an important seminar "The law for distributed energy - recently adopted solutions and plans for the future" was organized by the #KlastER project, bringing together experts and decision-makers from the #OZE and distributed energy industry. The most important information was that the representatives of the Ministry of Climate and Environment announced that work on the provisions on energy clusters, as part of the amendment to the RES Act, is about to be completed and public consultations will begin soon. Also, the president of the National Chamber of Energy Clusters, Albert Gryszczuk, who was present at the event, emphasized that the introduction of provisions regulating the functioning of energy clusters is one of the most important postulates of the entire RES industry.
